1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Stefanov Digital ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Stefanov Digital provides:

Custom website development
CRM system development
Booking system development
Web application development
Technical support and maintenance

3. Project Terms

3.1 Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period.

3.2 Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback, and unforeseen circumstances.

3.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing timely feedback and approvals
Supplying necessary content, images, and materials
Providing access to required systems and accounts
Timely payment according to agreed terms

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed:

Small projects (under €1,000): 50% upfront, 50% on completion
Medium projects (€1,000-€5,000): 30% upfront, 40% at milestone, 30% on completion
Large projects (over €5,000): Custom payment schedule agreed in writing

4.2 Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month. Work may be suspended if payments are overdue by more than 14 days.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Work completed and paid for is generally non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables. We retain the right to use project work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

5.2 Third-Party Components

Projects may include third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools subject to their own licenses.

5.3 Source Code

Source code is provided upon full payment unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty after project completion for issues directly related to our work.

6.2 Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stefanov Digital shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Damages exceeding the total amount paid for the specific project

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose confidential information without permission, except as required by law.

9. Termination

9.1 By Client

Clients may terminate projects with 14 days written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

9.2 By Stefanov Digital

We may terminate projects if:

Payments are overdue by more than 30 days
Client breaches these terms
Project requirements change significantly without agreement

10. Support and Maintenance

Post-launch support and maintenance are available under separate agreements. Emergency support may incur additional charges.

11. Hosting and Third-Party Services

Clients are responsible for their own hosting, domain registration, and third-party service costs unless explicitly included in the project agreement.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by:

For Bulgarian clients: Laws of the Republic of Bulgaria
For UK clients: Laws of England and Wales
For other clients: Laws of the Republic of Bulgaria

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through:

Good faith negotiation
Mediation (if negotiation fails)
Arbitration or court proceedings as a last resort

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or technical failures.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with any project-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stefanov Digital.
